Reservations & Payment
All bookings are subject to room availability and will be confirmed only after a deposit is received.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
We accept payments through credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods mentioned on our website.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 12 days before check-in – full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 12 days before check-in – 50% refund of the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Date Changes
Any request to change booking dates must be made in advance.
If the new dates have higher rates, the difference must be paid. If the new rates are lower, no refund will be given.
Seasonal/holiday rates may apply.
Check-in time: From 12:30 PM
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
Guests are expected to maintain polite and respectful behavior during their stay.
Any disturbance, inappropriate behavior, or damage to property may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for proper use of hotel facilities and amenities.
Any loss or damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Specific rules for facilities (such as dining, events, or activities) will be explained at check-in.
KD Palace Hotel Jaisalmer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, or injury during your stay.
