At KD Palace Hotel Jaisalmer, we understand that sometimes plans may change. We want to keep our policy clear, simple, and fair for everyone. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings, including rooms, desert safaris, taxi services, and related activities arranged through us.

Cancellation Policy

For Rooms, Desert Safari & Other Services

  • Before 12 Days of Check-in/Service Date → ✅ Full refund of the deposit/advance paid.

  • Within 12 Days of Check-in/Service Date → 🔄 50% refund of the deposit/advance paid.

  • Within 7 Days of Check-in/Service Date → ❌ No refund will be given.

  • No-Shows or Early Check-Outs → ❌ The full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

Date Change Policy

  • Guests may request a change of booking dates depending on availability.

  • If the new dates fall under a higher seasonal rate, the difference must be paid.

  • If the new dates fall under a lower rate, no refund will be given for the difference.

Refund Policy

Deposit Refunds

  • 100% Refund: If cancelled before 12 days.

  • 50% Refund: If cancelled within 12 days.

  • No Refund: If cancelled within 7 days, or in case of no-shows and early check-outs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your payment method, your bank, UPI, or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Special Conditions

Force Majeure
In situations like natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events (such as pandemics), we reserve the right to adjust our cancellation terms. In such cases, we will do our best to provide fair solutions for our guests.

Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through online travel agents (such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.), their cancellation policies will apply. Please contact them directly for cancellations or refunds.

B2B & Partner Bookings
Bookings made through travel agents, corporate tie-ups, or partners may follow specific terms mentioned in their agreements. Please check with your booking partner for details.
